2. Data processed
The website currently has no contact form, user registration, online payment or online contracting. If a person sends an email, the information voluntarily included may be processed, normally their name, email address, telephone number, company and enquiry.
Hosting and security systems may process necessary technical data such as IP address, device type, security identifiers, access date and technical logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is not sold. It may be processed by necessary email, hosting, infrastructure and security providers under their relevant terms and safeguards, or disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, an international transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or other valid GDPR safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing contacto@jvtfinancecontrolling.es. Reasonable information may be requested to verify identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security and data minimisation
Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be applied. During the first contact, do not send accounting records, credentials, bank account details, health data, payroll records or other confidential or particularly sensitive information.
8. Changes
This policy will be updated if forms, analytics, booking tools, online contracting, new providers or additional processing are introduced.
