2. Data processed
The website provides a contact form. When it is used, or when an email is sent, we may process the individual's name, company, email address, telephone number, business activity, enquiry, preferred contact time and the technical data needed to deliver and protect the submission.
Hosting and security systems may process necessary technical data such as IP address, device type, security identifiers, access date and technical logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases

Enquiry data will not be used for recurring marketing communications without a separate legal basis.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not progress will be retained for the time needed to respond and for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless longer retention is required by law or for legal claims. Technical logs follow the periods set by hosting and security providers.
5. Recipients and providers
Data is not sold. The form is handled through Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to JVT Finance & Controlling's email address. Necessary email, hosting, infrastructure and security providers, and Google for consented advertising measurement, may also process data under their relevant terms and safeguards, or it may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, an international transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or other valid GDPR safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by emailing contacto@jvtfinancecontrolling.es. Reasonable information may be requested to verify identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security and data minimisation
Reasonable technical and organisational measures will be applied. During the first contact, do not send accounting records, credentials, bank account details, health data, payroll records or other confidential or particularly sensitive information.
8. Changes
This policy will be updated if analytics, booking tools, online contracting, new providers or additional processing are introduced.
